📋 Description

• Partner with management to identify and develop training solutions to solve business issues • Partner with internal subject matter experts, architecture, product management, and training staff to determine, develop, and deliver training • Participate in developing and evaluating training metrics and measurement components • Use AI-enabled tools to support training content development and efficiency • Manage assigned training tasks and deadlines while supporting multiple initiatives • Conduct and facilitate general and specific training programs virtually and in person • Create and maintain instructor/training materials, including course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids • Keep records, gather and analyze evaluation information, measure results against business objectives, and suggest improvements • Stay current with emerging training and learning best practices and methods • Oversee, develop, and deliver scalable, technology-enabled training programs for First American employees • Support enterprise initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting title and/or escrow processes • Experience using FAST and Ignite • Professional proactive approach to problem solving • Reliability and ability to rapidly learn new technologies and processes • Exceptional organization and time management skills • Ability to prioritize competing initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences • Critical thinking to develop or assess training materials • Familiarity with company-provided AI tools for training content development and research • Presentation and facilitation skills within a group and/or one on one • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Self-motivated; self-starter • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to travel up to 75% to remote locations to deliver training
