📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive project plans for life and annuity projects, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, objectives, and deliverables • Maintain project work breakdown structures, product backlogs, sprint backlogs, project and program charters, scopes, schedules, and resource requirements • Leverage life insurance and annuity product expertise to guide project requirements, design, and implementation • Manage cross-functional team members and subject matter experts • Serve as the primary contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors; provide project updates and address issues • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies • Identify and mitigate project risks • Monitor and manage project budgets • Oversee quality of project deliverables • Maintain project plans, reports, and change requests • Lead and motivate project teams; provide thought leadership and business insights • Resolve project-related issues and challenges • Lead AI initiatives, identify AI automation and analytics opportunities, collaborate with data science and engineering teams, and integrate AI solutions into platforms and workflows such as LifePRO, LDS, portals, and operations systems • Support digital transformation, efficiency improvements, and measurable business value

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a BS degree • 5–10 years of experience managing technology projects • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager focused on life insurance and annuity product implementation and TPA operations • Demonstrated success managing complex projects in the insurance industry • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills • Proficiency in project management software and tools • In-depth understanding of life insurance and annuity products, industry regulations, and best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Agile/Scrum certification and/or PMI certification preferred
