📋 Description
• Manage the onboarding process for US employees, contractors, and temporary hires • Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS and conduct routine audits • Serve as primary contact for employee questions regarding benefits and HR processes • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws • Source and screen qualified temporary and contract field operations talent as needed
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Coordination • Experience working with HRIS, PEO platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Working knowledge of multi-state US employment laws • Experience supporting recruitment processes for temporary, seasonal, or contract positions • Strong communication and collaboration skills
