📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Scheduling department to achieve production, quality, and service-level objectives • Develop and maintain operational procedures for internal teams and external vendors • Monitor workflow volumes and resource allocation • Identify and implement process improvements • Review operational metrics and present performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop team members • Conduct performance evaluations and establish goals and productivity standards • Manage staffing levels, schedules, time-off requests, and coverage planning • Serve as an escalation point for client, vendor, and internal operational concerns • Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and meet client expectations • Participate in client audits and support compliance reviews • Serve as a subject matter expert for scheduling processes and workflows • Collaborate on system enhancements, process automation, testing, and user acceptance activities • Participate in client meetings and operational review discussions • Build relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and business partners • Approve payroll, timekeeping, and departmental administrative activities • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, regulatory guidelines, and operational procedures • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Previous management experience in title, closing, mortgage, lending, financial services, or related operational environments • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and achieve operational goals • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment • Willingness to travel as business needs require • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
