📋 Description

• Support the successful use of AirLife products across multiple departments • Provide clinician product training and AirLife personnel training • Conduct product evaluations and implementation support • Interact with clinicians to gather product feedback and answer end-user product questions • Compile and conduct research on product requirements • Identify product feature and functionality enhancements based on customer feedback and cost or fulfillment opportunities • Interact with customers regarding training, product usage, in-services, and clinical scenarios • Provide feedback to Sales and Marketing • Maintain detailed logs and notes of customer training sessions and conversations • Develop AirLife’s strategic evidence plan, including contracting, budgeting, and execution of trials, white papers, posters, and advertorials • Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations on product definitions • Produce competitive analysis materials • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers • Provide technical expertise and training to other departments • Ensure customer requirements are met, including user trials or pilot sales programs • Conduct customer and AirLife product training on-site and at trade shows

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience; 10 years preferred • Critical Care experience required • Registered Respiratory Therapist, RN, Paramedic, or Anesthesia Technician • Understanding of respiratory disease states • Knowledge of the clinical application of AirLife products • Familiarity with critical care and anesthesia environments • Solid understanding of Respiratory Care and therapy application • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills • Prior training experience is a plus • Computer proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications • Professional license • Ability to travel more than 70%
