📋 Description

• Lead product strategy and execution for North America B2B cashflow capabilities • Develop and launch products using market, customer, and data insights • Define and execute the North America B2B cashflow product strategy and roadmap • Lead new product launches using market intelligence, customer feedback, and opportunity size • Identify needs and prioritize product opportunities using customer and stakeholder insights • Track the competitive landscape, evolving customer needs, and emerging data use cases, including identity data • Partner with Sales and other teams on go-to-market plans, market feedback, and product adoption • Identify data, partner, and integration opportunities that expand product capabilities and revenue • Represent the product with clients and external audiences and contribute product thought leadership • Collaborate across regional and global teams, business units, and partners to grow and protect the business • Report to the SVP of Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience • Experience in financial services or data strategy • Demonstrated people management experience • Experience working with identity solutions, identity data, or adjacent domains is preferred • Experience working with both existing and emerging data products • Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including Director- and VP-level audiences • Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and other internal teams • Comfortable engaging directly with the market and clients
