📋 Description

• Lead the annual financial and strategic planning process for the Go-To-Market business unit • Advise Executive Team members with financial insight, challenge, and recommendations • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps on pipeline health, bookings trends, pricing strategies, and GTM investment ROI • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis • Support headcount planning, territory design, compensation plans, and marketing spend allocation • Analyze SaaS and revenue metrics including ARR, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, and pipeline coverage • Align Salesforce, reporting, and financial outcomes with RevOps • Improve commission and incentive program design • Identify revenue-plan risks and opportunities and communicate mitigation strategies • Lead analyses and projects supporting strategic and operational decision-making • Translate complex financial and operational information into actionable recommendations • Partner with People Business Partners on workforce planning and financially significant people decisions • Manage strategic planning, business case preparation, and M&A support projects • Review operational data and develop recommendations for improvement • Conduct ad hoc analysis and cross-functional decision support • Analyze financial metrics and root causes of revenue and cost fluctuations • Lead financial reporting and business performance reviews for assigned areas • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience • At least eight years of related work experience • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with senior leaders • Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, financial statements, and business performance analysis • Demonstrated ability to connect financial performance with operational and business drivers • Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills • Experience with Salesforce CRM • Ability to travel as needed • Preferred: Master's Degree or MBA • Preferred: Private equity experience • Preferred: Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Preferred: Experience building executive-ready financial presentations • Preferred: Experience managing commission and incentive programs
