📋 Description

• Conduct concierge calls and provider-matching calls to clients with service requirements • Screen calls and qualify leads • Improve call response and connection rates • Help providers receive quality leads and reduce unnecessary inbound calls • Track call outcomes, lead quality, and connection rates • Maintain accurate records of consumer inquiries and provider interactions • Work independently with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of remote work experience • Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, customer service, appointment setting, or lead qualification • Strong English communication and active listening skills • Self-driven, dependable, and able to work independently with integrity • Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport, qualify leads, and handle objections professionally • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRMs and other remote work tools • Goal-oriented, coachable, and adaptable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment • Reliable internet, good computer specifications, and a quiet environment for high-quality calls • Ability to work night shift hours • Windows 11 Pro operating system • Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps • Voice recording submitted via Vocaroo or equivalent • English language proficiency
