📋 Description

• Own monthly qualified lead and pipeline targets • Build and manage end-to-end demand generation campaigns • Drive lead acquisition through: Cold email outreach (Instantly, Million Verifier), Paid search and social campaigns, Landing pages and conversion funnels in GoHighLevel • Design and optimize lead nurture sequences • Manage lifecycle marketing automation • Improve lead-to-customer conversion processes • Collaborate with sales on effective lead handoff • Continuously test and optimize: Offers, Audiences, Creative assets, Ad copy, Funnel performance • Report weekly on: Cost per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rates, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Pipeline Contribution • Provide actionable insights and recommendations • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities • Identify new targeting, messaging, and acquisition opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and pipeline growth • Deliverability management • List building and validation • Email sequencing • Strong Google Ads experience • Experience building and optimizing marketing funnels • CAC Conversion metrics • Unit economics • Highly self-directed and results-oriented
