📋 Description

• Speak with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls to schedule qualified in-home appointments • Engage with homeowners requesting information about products and services; create urgency and guide them to the next step • Ensure customer needs align with company capabilities to maximize Design Consultant sales opportunities • Use the CRM to record interactions, update customer details, and manage call dispositions • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including appointment conversion rates and interaction quality • Deliver an exceptional first impression and uphold the Express Flooring customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales or call center experience with proven track record of meeting goals • High-energy, outgoing, and ambitious personality • Passion for exceeding expectations and delivering great service • Experience handling objections with confidence • Eagerness to learn with solid computer skills and openness to coaching • Reliability, professionalism, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and a patient, service-oriented mindset • Adaptability and positivity when things get busy • Must currently reside and work in Texas • Must be available to work shifts within office hours, including one weekend shift
