📋 Description

• Assist customers who call with storage needs • Reserve the best storage unit for each customer's individual needs • Deliver amazing customer service • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative call-center environment • Receive coaching to maximize monthly commission and support career progression

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to be eligible • Experience in Sales/Customer Service • Ability to connect over the phone • Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications • High school diploma or GED • Pass background and drug screening • Able to work 1 weekend day • Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah
