📋 Description

• Support prospect communications across phone, email, chat, and SMS • Qualify leads, answer questions, and maintain CRM records • Deliver timely and professional customer communications • Schedule and coordinate onsite and virtual tours • Send tour confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications • Re-engage no-shows, cancellations, waitlisted prospects, and completed tours • Partner with onsite teams to provide a seamless leasing experience • Send application materials and assist with required documentation • Review applications for completeness, authenticity, and eligibility • Complete RFTA packets and submit documentation for voucher holders • Generate, distribute, review, and follow up on leases and related documents • Set up fees, update ledgers, and support payment collection activities • Coordinate move-in scheduling and required documentation • Communicate next steps to approved applicants and support resident onboarding • Maintain accurate records across leasing and property systems • Monitor reporting requirements and system updates • Support compliance, eligibility review, and fraud detection efforts • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and leasing efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • 2–4 years of experience in leasing, customer service, sales, or operations preferred • Multifamily housing experience strongly preferred • Experience with property management systems, leasing platforms, and AI-supported platforms preferred • Experience managing customer interactions through multiple communication channels • Experience supporting administrative, documentation, or compliance-driven processes preferred • Prospect engagement and customer service expertise • Leasing support and lead qualification • Tour scheduling and coordination • Application review and documentation management • Lease preparation and execution support • Move-in coordination • CRM platform proficiency • Property management systems knowledge • AI-supported platform utilization • Attention to detail • Compliance and process accuracy • Fraud detection awareness • Written and verbal communication skills • Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
