• Own end-to-end recruiting coordination: Job postings, Ashby setup and automation, interview and assessment scheduling, work trial logistics, onsite coordination, etc • Manage the contracting process for work trials • Support new hire onboarding operations, including scheduling onboarding meetings, equipment, creating new hire info sheets, setting up Slack channels, and coordinating with hiring managers and onboarding buddies • Maintain and improve recruiting and onboarding templates, toolkits, and process documentation
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or people coordination • Ashby experience, including scheduling requisition set-up, workflows, and automations • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through • Clear, professional written communication • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without close supervision
• Compensation: $80-$100K/year depending on experience/location • Work-related travel and equipment expenses paid • Catered lunch and dinner at office in Berkeley
