📋 Description
• Develop key relationships with Medical Directors, physicians, and other stakeholders • Source candidates using standard and creative strategies • Screen and engage with desired candidates for review • Coordinate clinician interviews and showcase local/community initiatives • Manage candidate negotiations for job offers and related costs • Recruit primary and supplemental providers for assigned market
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience • Two (2) years of healthcare recruitment or four (4) years of experience in general recruitment, healthcare provider services, or sales/account management • Experience using ATS and complimentary systems
