• Process candidate offers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery • Oversee all aspects of the pre-employment process, including background checks, documentation, and onboarding coordination • Maintain accurate records and candidate data in Workday and other systems • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders • Follow-up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of hiring steps • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, including legal compliance • Performs other duties as assigned
• Minimum of 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience • Strong organizational skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented • Self-motivated • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred
