📋 Description

• Complete field inspections • Read maps and aerial photos • Measure fields • Climb storage bins • Discuss crop-loss findings with producers • Work claims for all major crops, policy/plan types, and stages of growth • Communicate regulations and interpretations to producers, agents, and Company staff regarding claims processes • Stay current with RMA requirements • Maintain CAPP certification when working multi-peril crop insurance (MPCI) claims • Maintain a State Adjuster License where required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required • 1 to 5 years of crop insurance adjusting experience or an agriculture background preferred • Basic computer skills • Ability to use a computer, printer, scanner, Internet, and Microsoft Office Products • Must attend all Company-mandated training events and conferences • Ability to travel for work-related reasons for periods exceeding 24 hours • Ability to physically climb heights in excess of 10 feet • Ability to walk distances over ¼ mile over uneven terrain • Ability to stand without rest for periods greater than one hour • Valid driver’s license required • Clean MVR required • Own vehicle required • Must be located in East Central Nebraska • Must not require sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future
