📋 Description

• Lead and manage Ag Brokerage Solutions program staff • Develop efficient and cost-effective processes and procedures compliant with regulations and company guidelines • Collaborate with department and division heads to develop, communicate, and execute budgets, goals, and strategies • Identify, assess, communicate, monitor, and manage potential risks under the Enterprise Risk Management program • Manage ABS program employees according to organizational policies, procedures, mission, vision, and culture • Maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment • Lead and evaluate employees through performance management and development processes, including goal setting, feedback, coaching, and career development planning • Lead program teams to successful strategic results • Coach, mentor, and develop staff, providing career development opportunities • Manage development, implementation, and updating of program products, policies, and procedures • Manage reinsurance placement and carrier relationships • Maintain proficiency with applicable ABS systems, products, underwriting rules, and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• At least eight years of P&C insurance experience • Previous experience in a supervisory role required • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required • Insurance industry designations necessary: INS 21, 22 and 23 courses; PBP designation, AFIS and/or CIC designation • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel • Must not require sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future
