📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls in the call center • Positively promote Farmers insurance products to prospective customers • Consult with customers to understand their needs • Sell insurance products that best fit customer needs • Make outbound calls to optimize sales potential when applicable • Gather customer data to generate quotes and bind business • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships • Educate customers about coverage and cost so they can select appropriate options • Qualify customers for other products and services to create cross-sell and upselling opportunities • Navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales environment • Property and Casualty License • Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics and goals • Direct sales skills and aptitude to influence customers and close sales • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to adapt communication style to each phone call • Ability to explain complex policy and coverage information in understandable terms • Must be eligible to obtain resident/non-resident property and casualty license in all required states • High School Diploma or GED • Active Property & Casualty license • Must be available for any shifts within department hours, including evenings, rotational Saturdays, and holidays • Full-time availability: 40 hours/week; five 8-hour shifts per week
