• Support agents throughout the real estate transaction process, including contracts, documentation, compliance reviews, and file management. • Assist with onboarding new real estate agents. • Set up and manage real estate auctions using company software. • Maintain real estate licensing records and compliance requirements. • Share auction announcements and communicate listing and auction results. • Coordinate regional meetings, team events, and client engagement activities. • Help agents utilize CRM tools, transaction management systems, and lead tracking resources. • Provide exceptional service and support to agents, clients, and internal teams. • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in real estate, sales, customer service, financial services, or a professional office environment. • Strong Microsoft Office skills. • Ability to obtain and maintain a real estate license within six months of hire. • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently.
