📋 Description

• Visit dog and cat breeders, shelters, rescues, and trainers in person within assigned territory • Educate and train prospective customers on brand benefits and close with a sale of product • Drive compliance of newly created recommendation portal/PRO App • Achieve all KPIs assigned for territory growth • Attend, plan, and organize events such as dog/cat shows across the U.S., including outside the assigned territory as needed • Attend a minimum of 12 events per calendar year • Act as brand ambassador at all times • Learn, understand, and promote Farmina's full catalog

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of outside sales experience OR equivalent relevant experience in the animal health industry • Comfort in managing large territory • Overnights/weekend travel required 75% • Reliable personal vehicle able to be utilized for territory management • Ability to work independently • Entrepreneurial mindset • Strong relationship building skills • Breeding/Shelter work experience preferred • Live within 30 miles of major airport • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
