📋 Description

• Drive timely adoption and growth of GE HealthCare's cardiac imaging agent, Flyrcado, for PET myocardial perfusion imaging • Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow Flyrcado market share • Partner with hospitals, imaging centers, cardiac centers, mobile imaging, DOD, and VA facilities • Identify referral relationships, influence networks, affiliations, and competitive threats • Conduct regular local-market analyses covering customers, payers, competition, and stakeholders • Achieve or exceed Flyrcado sales forecasts and shared volume targets • Achieve the quarterly and yearly Operating Plan, customer satisfaction, and retention goals • Position Flyrcado through clinical expertise, Marketing Assets, and Education Programs • Advise imaging centers and cardiologists on cardiac PET implementation, equipment, and workflow • Build relationships with top referring cardiologists and influence decision-making criteria • Prioritize projects and opportunities using Performance Dashboards • Collaborate with market access teams on payor contract implementation • Collaborate with pharmacy channel partners and GE PDx Application Specialists on delivery and education needs • Conduct pre-call planning, in-call questioning, virtual selling, cold calling, and customer meetings • Provide pricing strategy, negotiate prices, manage contracts, and ensure pricing compliance • Forecast territory orders and sales and submit weekly progress reports • Represent GE HealthCare at healthcare conferences and seminars • Mentor non-senior team members and support special projects • Drive total business to GE HealthCare where appropriate • Promote a compliant and ethical culture • Complete additional projects and initiatives as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or certification through the NMTCB or AART • 5+ years of sales experience in a healthcare facility, including contracting and calling on physicians and office staff • Proven history of sales success, developing, organizing, and implementing territory plans • Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets • Experience penetrating new accounts, markets, and competition through prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiations • Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiac Industry acumen • Experience with product launch and P&T Committees preferred • Experience selling/leading in a highly matrixed environment and large account management preferred • Willing to reside in the territory • Willing to execute at least 30% overnight travel based on business needs and some weekends • Strong analytical, oral, presentation, and written skills • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM • Ability to work independently and with a team while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Ability to mentor non-senior CPAMs and manage special projects • Analytical ability to use internal reporting to manage account plans and identify growth opportunities • Ability to apply traditional and nontraditional problem-solving techniques • Ability to build rapport and relationships with employees and external contacts, including MDs and office staff • Ability to achieve objectives while operating in compliance with regulatory guidelines • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas
