📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management for a high-volume research communications and publications program • Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical representatives, and task managers • Oversee production of one-page flyers, 300+ page technical reports, presentations, and video/social content • Manage staffing, scheduling, budget, risk, and performance metrics across multiple concurrent projects • Ensure accurate, up-to-date project tracking and status reporting • Supervise writers, editors, designers, and multimedia specialists • Improve workflow, quality control, and delivery timeliness • Support the Federal Highway Administration

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree, OR Bachelor's degree with relevant experience, in Business, Marketing/Communications, or a related technical discipline • 10+ years of relevant professional experience • Leadership of multidisciplinary teams • Management of marketing/communications programs • Demonstrated experience supervising publication of technical information across a wide range of formats and lengths • PMP or equivalent project management certification (desired) • Experience in the highway or surface transportation sector (desired) • Prior experience managing a Federal government contract or task order (desired)
