📋 Description

• Independently lead projects from planning through implementation, stabilization, and operational transition • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and communications • Maintain project documentation, issue logs, decision logs, and action items to ensure accountability and transparency • Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure successful project execution • Manage project activities involving external vendors, consultants, and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and deliverables • Lead initiatives involving EMR platforms, Salesforce, enterprise applications, integrations, automation, data migrations, and emerging technologies • Support the implementation of AI-enabled tools and solutions that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and user experience • Support the development and continuous improvement of project management methodologies, standards, templates, reporting practices, and delivery processes • Drive stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, training coordination, and user adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred • 5+ years of project management experience leading technology, healthcare, operational, or enterprise initiatives • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and external vendors • Experience delivering technology or business transformation projects involving EMR/EHR platforms, Salesforce, enterprise applications, integrations, automation, data migration, AI-enabled solutions, or process improvement • Healthcare services, healthcare technology, payer/provider, or life sciences experience preferred • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, or post-acquisition technology and operational transitions is a plus • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification is a plus
