📋 Description

• Lead education, interpretation, and implementation of Partner Food Bank Agreement, Affiliate Food Bank Agreement, and Network Charter requirements • Lead strategic adoption of changes in Network Standards, Network Agreements, and related requirements • Lead Network Standards Reviews, assess adherence, and direct corrective action strategies to mitigate enterprise risk • Support Partner Food Banks in conducting Network Standards Reviews with Affiliate Food Banks • Develop relationships with executive leaders and organizations to identify member needs and create action plans • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, reports, and opportunities to provide tailored member solutions • Support members that are not meeting agreement standards by identifying underlying issues and developing remediation plans • Identify, evaluate, collect, elevate, and share promising, best, and next practices to build capacity across the Network • Collaborate with the Director, Member Engagement - Strategic Initiatives on key projects • Collaborate with the Food Safety team to support safe handling and distribution of products • Lead support for resolution of conflicts and grievances with Network Members • Advise Boards of Directors and Executive Leadership on recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support of board members and senior leaders • Provide orientation and ongoing consultation for CEOs/Executive Directors • Advise Boards of Directors on effective governance and provide relevant resources • Translate member and portfolio insights to internal and external constituents and inform enterprise planning and decision-making • Represent Member Engagement on internal and external committees • Develop and lead learning presentations, discussions, tools, and guidance incorporating Member perspectives • Develop collaborative relationships with Network Department and FANO teams to elevate portfolio insights and support a cohesive partner experience

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in supply chain, non-profit management, business, consulting or related fields • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, incorporate historical and environmental context, to derive organization insights • Strong knowledge of best practices in business management and organizational effectiveness • Ability to navigate conflicts, manage respectful communication and identify solutions • Proficient in MS Office applications • 5+ years’ experience in charitable food systems preferred • Proficient in Salesforce preferred • Feeding America participates in E-Verify; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
