📋 Description

• Design credit product experiences including offers, borrowing flows, disclosures, repayment, and transaction history • Design conversational, AI-native experiences within WhatsApp and help define future native iOS and Android experiences • Work alongside the lead credit designer and partner directly with the Credit PM • Research, present, and generate concepts to identify effective product solutions • Balance usability with well-judged risk and partner with product and engineering to meet deadlines • Run evaluative testing and lightweight discovery, involving research for larger questions • Incorporate legal and risk requirements into the product experience • Help shape hiring, critique practices, and the design system • Widen credit access for underserved and credit-invisible U.S. users

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years designing consumer products with a high bar for craft, including strong visual design and interaction design, and growing scope across end-to-end UX • Ability to solve the screen, reframe the pattern, and defend tradeoffs to non-designers • Native or near-native Spanish and advanced English • Deep Figma fluency, with at least two mobile products shipped end to end • Research fluency to run evaluative testing and discovery, and judgment to know when to involve a researcher • Fluency with AI tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Claude Design, and Codex • High tolerance for legal requirements, risk rules, and failure states • Comfort with speed and ambiguity • Clear communication, early critique invitation, and sharing work before it is polished • Portfolio link required for consideration
