📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product design across SuppCo's mobile and web experiences • Frame problems, define information architecture and flows, design interactions, and deliver production-ready UI • Own and evolve the design system, including components, patterns, tokens, and documentation • Enable AI-accelerated engineers to ship consistent, high-quality work • Optimize onboarding, activation, and re-engagement funnels • Design membership, commerce, product discovery, merchandising, and transactional experiences • Connect SuppCo and Function Health products into a coherent user journey • Improve stack management, scheduling, adherence, and AI-guided discovery through SuppIQ • Present design rationale, options, tradeoffs, and expected outcomes to founders, executives, and the company • Use research, feedback, and product analytics to define and measure success • Design conversational and agentic AI-native experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience • Track record of shipping consumer mobile products that people use • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft in typography, layout, motion, and detail • Design systems experience with evidence of adoption • Systems thinking across flows, information architecture, and end-to-end journeys • Ability to present design rationale, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly and persuasively • Commerce, subscription, or transactional product experience • AI fluency and experience using AI tools • Self-sufficient, able to run research and work effectively amid ambiguity and organizational change • Desire to remain hands-on in product design • Passion for health and wellness and products that measurably improve lives
