📋 Description

• Report directly to the CEO • Provide the overall vision for the Argos99 product roadmap and lead the product management function • Define the product, help shape the broader portfolio, and contribute to pricing, go-to-market, and commercial strategy • Build and lead the product function from the ground up, establishing the team, processes, metrics, and performance framework • Develop and implement strategic product plans with customers, prospects, external partners, and internal teams • Own, create, and maintain product roadmaps, business cases, feature backlogs, timelines, business/functional/user requirements, and design artifacts • Lead evidence-based product definition, UX design, and market, user, and competitive research • Own pricing strategy and market launch, coordinating with sales, support, and services teams • Lead cross-functionally across engineering, architecture, UX, sales, support, and services • Represent and advocate for customers and end users throughout development, delivery, deployment, and adoption • Carry the product lifecycle from strategy through delivery and support the company’s long-term plans

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, including time as the senior product decision-maker for an early-stage B2B SaaS product • 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity/infrastructure/resiliency industry, with deep fluency in how enterprise infrastructure is built, run, attacked, and recovered • Experience from cybersecurity, backup and data protection, IT operations, incident response, or hands-on practitioner work • 3+ years of experience with MSP/MSSPs • 5+ years managing and mentoring teams • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, use sound judgment to assess risk, and communicate a clear, compelling, data-informed narrative to stakeholders, in writing and in person • Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial drive, passion, and ability to quickly assess product goals and objectives • Proven ability to build constructive, collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and across all levels of the company, while modeling Fenix24's Culture and Values • Excellent analytical and organizational skills • Proven track record building or leading products in resilience, backup/DR, security operations, exposure management, or asset management
