📋 Description

• Utilize Microsoft Access databases and company tools to resolve Unapplied Cash and Payment on Account transactions • Accurately post customer payments from lockboxes, scanned remittances, EDI transactions, and other payment channels • Process and apply high-dollar customer payments, including transactions exceeding $1 million across multiple branch locations • Review and analyze customer and branch remittance information • Research accounts receivable balances, payment activity, and historical transactions • Communicate with branches and internal stakeholders through clear, complete, and professional correspondence • Meet established productivity and accuracy standards, including monthly error-rate expectations • Use the Master List, Power BI, Regional Search, and other departmental reporting tools • Support departmental objectives through schedule flexibility, overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to analyze and interpret payment and remittance information • Basic knowledge of accounts receivable or accounting principles preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Ability to learn company-specific systems and databases • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume production environment • Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require
