📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents, workflows, and multi-turn conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise, and other agent/workflow development tools • Partner with core engineering and IT teams to integrate enterprise-standard APIs, databases, and reusable custom connectors • Build rapid, high-quality proof-of-concepts using a governance-first configuration model • Embed observability, monitoring, and performance optimization into solutions for scalable, reliable, enterprise-ready deployments • Collaborate with business teams to deconstruct manual processes and map structured, logical agent behaviors • Analyze data flows, system dependencies, and integration touchpoints within broader department workflows • Define data access permissions, human-in-the-loop requirements, and escalation points to human operators • Configure prompt structures, knowledge directories, and operational guardrails for safety, privacy, and compliance • Test built agents using realistic, vague, boundary-crossing, and missing-data prompts • Diagnose failures by updating root control layers rather than stacking superficial prompt instructions • Collaborate with Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, and Risk teams to align agent boundaries with corporate risk policies • Serve as lead builder and point of contact for federated, self-serve, and citizen builders across business units • Develop playbooks, templates, and self-serve checklists based on the CoE governance methodology • Coach and guide builders on prompt configuration, system design, and platform features • Establish standards, reusable templates, and best practices while helping scale AI capabilities responsibly

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis (BSA), process improvement, systems thinking, or a closely related role • Consistent track record of mapping sophisticated workflows and translating business needs into structured logical designs • 2+ years of hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying production-grade digital solutions using low-code/no-code platforms • Demonstrated proficiency configuring agents, copilots, and automated workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Gemini Enterprise (e.g., Vertex AI Agent Builder) • Experience with complementary workflow orchestration tools such as Power Automate, n8n, or Zapier • Strong understanding of enterprise governance, data security, and privacy considerations • Outstanding communication skills • Ability to work directly with business partners to extract requirements and collaborate with IT, InfoSec, and compliance teams • Preferred: Experience within an established Center of Excellence (CoE) or Shared Services model • Preferred: Familiarity with general software development life cycle (SDLC) concepts • Preferred: Experience building or deploying Generative AI use cases, including RAG/Retrieval-Augmented Generation models, custom prompt engineering, or semantic search • Preferred: Industry certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Google Cloud, or similar low-code/no-code environments
