📋 Description

• Evaluate and score LLM or automation outputs for accuracy, consistency, and reliability • Create and maintain annotated and labeled datasets for AI model training • Apply critical thinking, logic, and investigative research to ambiguous data and classification tasks • Support SMaC through mapping creation, catalog support, and maintenance of ML models for product recognition and classification • Use ChatGPT, Copilot, and other emerging AI technologies to improve speed and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLMs like ChatGPT and Gemini • Direct experience using Google Sheets and Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP • Ability to research, leverage provided SOPs, and use best judgment to solve ambiguous problems • Familiarity with data labeling, model evaluation, or QA workflows (preferred) • Experience in tech-enabled operations, automation support, or customer operations (preferred) • Background in consumer packaged goods, retail, or e-commerce (preferred) • SQL or Python (bonus)
