📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to Fetch standards. • Configure campaigns, partner assets, and product catalogs for a seamless user experience. • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across internal teams and client timelines. • Partner with Account Managers to support client goals and optimize campaign performance. • Translate promotion specifications into actionable inputs for technical and operational teams. • Track milestones and deadlines, communicating risks, blockers, and updates. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and documentation. • Experiment with AI tools, automation, and new workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. • Advise internal teams as a subject-matter expert on “How Fetch Works.” • Contribute to cross-functional projects enhancing partner experience, user experience, and internal efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. • 1+ years of experience in operations, client support, project coordination, or a related role. • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including comfort working with large datasets. • Excellent written, verbal, and time-management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, scaling environment. • Preferred: Experience supporting client-facing teams or managing external deliverables. • Preferred: Experience translating business requirements into technical or operational inputs. • Preferred: Familiarity with marketplace, ad tech, promotions, or consumer app environments. • Preferred: Experience identifying and improving operational processes. • Preferred: Experience using AI tools, automation, or scripting to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, or reduce manual effort.
