📋 Description

• Act as the configuration lead within the VMS environment • Participate as configuration lead on projects involving creation and implementation of technology and business solutions • Work with implementation and operations teams to align technology with new and existing customers’ business requirements • Create requirements and test scripts • Track project progress and own steps to resolution • Provide tier 2 support to MSP clients and program office teams • Utilize VMS platforms including SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY and Coupa • Collect, review and input flat-file data into VMS • Audit output data and resolve errors • Evaluate operational processes and procedures and identify improvements • Support MSP quality initiatives by managing Program Change Requests in compliance with MSP procedures and SLAs • Initiate, recommend and implement solutions through designated channels • Validate successful implementation of solutions • Perform other duties assigned by the US VMS Operations Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Prior configuration experience within a relevant VMS, such as Beeline or SAP Fieldglass • Experience with staffing, MSP and/or contingent workforce Vendor Management Systems • Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite, primarily Word and Excel, or willingness and commitment to attain that skill level or higher • Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience • Strong analytical skills • Creative problem-solving skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Desire to learn and grow technical skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States
