📋 Description

• Provide a range of technical and administrative services to support project implementation. • Support the development of online courses in various formats geared towards English educators, learners, and professionals. • Serve as the primary liaison for ECA’s Domestic Monitoring and Evaluation (DOME) team. • Coordinate and monitor execution of drafting, deployment, analysis, and reporting for monitoring and evaluation activities. • Write technical reports to facilitate best practices, policies, and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or its international equivalent in Education, International Education, TESOL, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field. • Minimum 4 years of experience including experience teaching or developing curriculum for an EFL audience. • 6-8 years of experience, including experience with EFL teacher training preferred. • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) required. • Experience using Canvas preferred. • Experience with word processing software and Microsoft Excel required. • Experience with SharePoint, Qualtrics, and project management software such as Jira preferred. • Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
