📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and support components of the AI harness, including guides, feedback loops, guardrails, and shared context • Build feedforward guides such as agent instruction files, reusable skills, architectural rules, reference documents, and codemods • Build feedback sensors including custom linters, static analysis, architecture-fitness tests, verification loops, and LLM-as-judge reviewers • Run the steering loop to prevent repeated agent mistakes and maintain repository knowledge for agents • Contribute to quality gating, release criteria, and LLM testing for AI-generated output quality and safety • Improve observability into agent work and track engineering metrics • Evaluate harness component stability, compatibility, scalability, interoperability, and performance • Learn new agent-augmented engineering techniques and provide technical expertise and mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related disciplines, or relevant experience in software architecture, design, development, and testing • Strong software engineering background • Experience working in large codebases with focus on architecture, testing, and maintainability • Comfortable building tooling across linters, static analysis, CI pipelines, containerized build/test environments, and instrumentation/observability • Familiarity with agent instruction conventions such as AGENTS.md • Hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar • Experience with spec-driven development, context engineering, agent orchestration, fitness functions, and developer-platform work • Ability to encode quality standards into mechanical, repeatable rules • Judgement regarding deterministic computational controls versus inferential LLM-based controls, including their cost, speed, and reliability trade-offs • Ability to articulate designs with architects and discuss strategy and requirements with teams
