📋 Description

• Use AI-assisted and agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot as a daily core part of software delivery • Orchestrate AI agents across parallel workstreams and evaluate, verify, or override their output • Review and validate AI-generated code while owning the resulting software • Decompose ambiguous problems into clear specifications and prompts • Design, build, scale, deploy, and maintain B-Stock's marketplace platform • Design and implement systems supporting e-commerce, content, and fulfillment operations • Deliver software quickly using AI without sacrificing quality or ownership • Provide thought leadership on engineering processes, tooling, systems, software architecture, and AI adoption • Improve existing systems and remove development friction • Mentor engineers through design and architecture planning, code review, and knowledge sharing • Partner with Product, Design, product owners, technical leads, engineers, and other teams on key initiatives • Continuously learn and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development • Experience using agentic and AI-assisted development tools • Strong engineering judgment for reviewing and validating AI-generated code • Comfortable with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and a backend language such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby • Exceptional problem-solving ability • Ability to deliver effective software solutions in a timely manner • Clear, friendly, and open-minded communication • Experience working successfully in an agile environment • Ability to break down large work items and deliver value incrementally • Experience with TypeScript / JavaScript and React • Experience with Node.js • Experience with MongoDB / PostgreSQL • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Experience with Docker / Kubernetes • Work Authorization required
