📋 Description

• Own member- and credit-union-facing features from idea through production, planning pragmatic solutions for rising traffic and data volume • Build across the TypeScript stack, including React, React Router, Tailwind CSS, Hono, Drizzle/Postgres, and AWS infrastructure managed through SST/Pulumi • Turn product needs into simple, reliable experiences and integrations • Monitor production, investigate issues, and improve shipped products • Partner with design, customers, and stakeholders to make practical product decisions • Use AI coding agents, improve them, and help shape AI-native product engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building, scaling, and running production software • Strong full-stack skills, with depth in modern front-end development and typed backend systems • Experience building reliable products with React and relational data • Experience integrating third-party and public APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic Claude • Current, hands-on experience using AI coding tools and reviewing their output • Strong product judgment, clear written communication, and a bias toward simple solutions • Autonomy to own outcomes and judgment to involve others when needed • Experience with TypeScript, React, relational databases, AWS, or infrastructure-as-code tools is required or directly relevant • Development and testing experience with Bun, Vitest, and Playwright is relevant • Must be able to legally work in the United States; application asks whether future sponsorship will be required • Offer process includes a comprehensive background check, credit check, and drug test
