📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions to uncover clients' pain points, strategic priorities, and growth ambitions • Design FICO solutions that address client business needs • Build and deliver customized product demonstrations • Collaborate with FICO product teams to architect innovative solutions • Develop proofs of concept and full proposals • Own RFI/RFP responses, pricing scenarios, and ROI analyses • Create competition-differentiating sales strategies • Represent FICO at client workshops and industry conferences • Provide ongoing product education to the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Experience in a pre-sales consulting role, or post-sales with strong sales aptitude • Track record of crafting client solutions that drive meaningful results • Experience in Originations, Customer Management, or Fraud is a strong plus • Banking, lending, or fintech experience in these domains is advantageous • Ability to present to technical stakeholders and C-suite executives • Strong written communication skills • Problem-solving and solution-design mindset • Ability to work cross-functionally on collaborative solution teams • Flexibility to travel 10–25% of the time
