📋 Description

• Maintain regular customer engagement cadences throughout implementation, from sales handoff through value realization • Create implementation plans outlining customer goals and activities needed to achieve them • Conduct regular onboarding reviews, track progress, and adapt plans as needed • Cultivate customer champions and expand their Fieldguide platform knowledge • Connect customers with Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams • Communicate customer needs internally to influence the product roadmap, processes, and onboarding iterations • Identify implementation success risks and develop action plans to mitigate them • Document customer value through case studies, use cases, and success metrics • Track customer adoption-map progress and plot value realization over time • Deliver Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding to new customers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in financial audit or assurance • 3+ years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar • Experience at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup preferred • Strong consulting skills supporting complex organizations and driving customer business value • Project management proficiency and ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers, projects, and requests with little direct oversight • Professional problem-solving skills while managing several customers • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence change • Effective communication with customers and internal teams • Bias toward action and ownership of projects from end to end with minimal direction or oversight • Team-player and mission-first mindset • Ability to work in the United States; visa sponsorship question included in application
