📋 Description

• Maintain regular customer engagement from sales handoff through value realization • Create implementation plans outlining customer goals and required activities • Conduct regular onboarding reviews, track progress, and adapt plans • Cultivate customer champions and expand their Fieldguide knowledge • Connect customers with Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams • Communicate customer needs internally to influence product roadmap, processes, and onboarding iterations • Identify implementation risks and develop action plans to mitigate them • Document customer value through case studies, use cases, and success metrics • Track adoption-map progress and customer value realization over time • Deliver Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding to new customers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and audit methodology/workpapers review • 4+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar experience at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup (preferred consulting-firm background) • Strong consulting skills and proven results driving business value for customers as a trusted advisor • Project management proficiency with ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers, projects, and requests with little direct oversight • Ability to professionally problem-solve while managing several customers • Executive presence and ability to influence change • Demonstrated effective communication with customers and internal teams • Ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end with minimal direction or oversight • Experience working as a practitioner at an audit, advisory, or CPA firm
