📋 Description

• Advise and guide Samsara’s largest customers throughout onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal • Manage deployment of Samsara IoT technology for enterprise customers’ fleets and industrial assets • Own customer relationships and ensure successful solution deployment and adoption • Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health • Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology to executives and day-to-day users • Work through customer challenges across numerous use cases • Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product • Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams • Explain Samsara platform capabilities to diverse customers • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence • Experience supporting or working with technical products • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • Excellent consultative skills and experience with end-to-end system implementations • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users • Initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution • Experience serving and supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies is an ideal qualification
