📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of 15–25 concurrent implementation projects • Gather and analyze business requirements for EDI integration projects • Translate client needs into technical specifications • Design and implement EDI data mappings and transformations • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transmission and processing errors • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, carriers, and external partners • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for EDI integrations • Monitor and optimize EDI processes for efficiency and performance • Apply industry trends and best practices in EDI, API integrations, and benefit administration • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, brokers, and carrier partners • Provide clear, timely project-status communication throughout implementations

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years managing concurrent projects with internal and external stakeholders • 6+ years in a client-facing role, independently navigating difficult client conversations and resolving escalated issues • 4+ years of experience in EDI and/or API implementation and support • Experience preferably within the benefits administration industry • Understanding of fixed-width file formats and LDEx XML • Familiarity with benefit administration platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or bswift and/or insurance carrier systems is a plus • Experience with, or strong interest in learning, data mapping and transformation tools • Ability to analyze and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Strong analytical abilities for diagnosing issues and developing solutions • Track record of building strong client relationships • Strong communication with clients regarding project timelines and status • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
