📋 Description

• Ensure customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with Samsara’s IoT platform • Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale enterprise customers • Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health • Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology to executives and day-to-day users • Work through customer challenges across numerous use cases • Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product • Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams • Explain Samsara platform capabilities to customers • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role • Experience supporting or working with technical products • Strong priority management and emotional intelligence • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • Excellent consultative skills and experience in end-to-end system implementations • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users • Initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when handling customer issues • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred • Experience serving and supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies is ideal • Ability to work ET/CT hours • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites up to 10% of the time, including overnight stays • Must reside in the United States, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area
