📋 Description

• Own enterprise onboarding and adoption end to end • Configure customer accounts around real workflows, get teams live, and drive usage • Train facility managers, workplace teams, and IT users • Serve as the trusted point of contact through check-ins, first-line support, renewals, and expansion conversations • Escalate deep backend work to engineering • Adapt the data model to match customer operations • Write small scripts against APIs and build or adapt JavaScript/TypeScript SDK extensions • Turn recurring customer friction into product roadmap signal • Support pre-sales scoping and hands-on product walkthroughs • Own customer relationships and outcomes over time

🎯 Requirements

• Meaningful customer success or implementation experience with a technical product • Experience in onboarding, professional services, technical account management, or consulting • Experience owning customer relationships and outcomes over time • Familiarity with IWMS/CAFM platforms such as Tririga, Archibus, Planon, or ServiceNow is a plus • Familiarity with CAD/BIM or floor plan data, corporate real estate, or workplace operations is a plus • Comfort working with APIs • Ability to write or adapt scripts and small extensions in JavaScript/TypeScript • Ability to teach non-technical facility managers and communicate credibly with IT teams • Judgment and ownership in ambiguous situations on a small remote team • Comfort using AI tools including Claude, Codex, MCP, and agentic tooling • Experience at a B2B enterprise SaaS platform with an extension or SDK ecosystem is nice to have • Must be based in the Americas within approximately two hours of US Eastern time • Must be able to work in the United States, Canada, or Latin America as applicable; the employer cannot sponsor visas or work permits
