📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for clients • Gather business requirements and translate current-state processes into future-state processes within Irth's products • Identify process gaps, configuration needs, and product enhancement opportunities • Build and maintain client relationships and serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for assigned projects • Customize and configure software systems according to client requirements • Guide clients through configuration using a Train-the-Trainer approach • Demonstrate system functionality and provide implementation guidance • Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate with internal technical teams • Partner with Project Managers to plan, execute, monitor, and report on implementation initiatives • Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables • Coordinate client enhancement requests with product and development teams • Communicate development timelines, ETAs, and changes to stakeholders • Ensure requirements and user stories are reflected in technical designs and development sprints • Document requirements through SOWs, process-flow diagrams, wireframes, flowcharts, and configuration documentation • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, issue tracking, and client sign-off • Provide ongoing implementation support and identify process-improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills • Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development practices, processes, and procedures • Ability to identify process, product, and operational improvement opportunities • Commercial awareness and business acumen • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to define and communicate technical changes and requirements to development and technical teams • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5–7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree • Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in software implementation or delivery roles • Ability to learn new concepts, technologies, and software products quickly • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree • Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours daily
