📋 Description

• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and other advertising platforms. • Implement campaign updates, audience changes, creative launches, budget adjustments, and tracking requirements. • Ensure all platform implementations align with strategist recommendations and client objectives. • Conduct routine account audits to identify performance gaps, implementation issues, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities. • Monitor accounts for pacing issues, budget concerns, tracking problems, disapproved ads, broken automations, and platform errors. • Collaborate closely with Senior Paid Media Strategists to execute integrated paid search and paid social strategies. • Configure conversion tracking, pixels, platform integrations, and event measurement. • Maintain internal documentation, implementation procedures, and account records.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of paid media experience. • Hands-on experience with: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads. • Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking. • Experience supporting both Paid Search and Paid Social programs. • Ability to conduct account audits and identify performance, tracking, and implementation issues. • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable solutions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
