📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with DDx customers and clinical trial managers as the primary point of contact during technical implementation • Provide hands-on technical implementation support with customer IT and internal development teams • Manage all implementation tasks, provide schedule updates, resolve risks and issues, and communicate regularly with customers • Support external clients as an application expert and escalation point for the support team, including an on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing SaaS implementation roles • Strong analytical skills and operating rigor • Experience handling difficult customers or situations and demonstrating resolutions • Strong understanding of the business and products, with ability to research and self-start in areas requiring learning • Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation and hands-on experience with laboratory information systems such as Epic Beaker, Novopath, and Cerner Millennium is preferred • Willingness to travel less than 20% • Fluent spoken and written English required • Portuguese or French proficiency preferred
