📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Digital Diagnostics customers and clinical trial managers as the primary point of contact during technical implementation • Provide hands-on technical implementation support with customer IT and internal development teams • Manage all implementation tasks, including schedule updates, risk and issue resolution, and regular customer communication • Support external clients as an application expert and escalation point for the support team, including an on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing, SaaS implementation role • Strong analytical skills and operating rigor • Experience handling difficult customers or situations and demonstrating resolutions • Strong understanding of the business and products • Ability to research and self-start in areas requiring learning • Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation • Hands-on experience with market-leading laboratory information systems such as Epic Beaker, Novopath, or Cerner Millennium is preferred • Fluent spoken and written English required • Portuguese or French preferred • Travel under 20%
