📋 Description

• Own the customer implementation journey for enterprise accounts by building project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time • Partner with executive sponsors, firm administrators, and end users to align priorities, clarify responsibilities, and drive accountability • Lead kickoff meetings, consultative process reviews, configuration workshops, and tailored training sessions • Advise customers on workflow design, firm operations, and change management best practices • Help firms prepare teams for new processes, encourage adoption, and manage resistance • Support data imports and ensure data integrity using Excel and other tools • Identify early warning signs of delays or adoption issues and proactively mitigate risks • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams on customer handoffs and feedback • Drive measurable customer outcomes and ROI for long-term success on the Karbon platform • Use AI tools, including ChatGPT licenses and AI-driven workflow automations, for project planning, customer communications, and process optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations • 2+ years of end-to-end technical implementation experience • Experience in project management and managing multiple customer projects simultaneously • Customer-facing experience facilitating workshops and executive-level conversations • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable steps • Consultative approach with ability to challenge firms to rethink processes • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through • Comfort working with data and systems to maintain integrity during migrations and configuration • Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments • Ability to work remotely and manage time independently
