📋 Description

• Lead customer implementations of Patient Throughput, Clinical Staffing, or both from kickoff and discovery through data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and rollout • Partner with Customer Success team members to design and configure products and workflows accurately and optimally • Conduct discovery and design sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders • Communicate technical requirements and coordinate required security and other audits with customer IT and operational teams • Design and execute unit and user acceptance test scenarios to validate system functionality, data accuracy, and workflow configurations before go-live • Navigate complex database structures to troubleshoot data issues and support technical requirements gathering • Collaborate with the Project Manager on status reporting and proactive communication • Continually evaluate and improve implementation processes, outcomes, documentation, and collateral • Travel up to 25-50% to customer sites

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience • At least 2 years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role such as management consulting, customer success, or implementation management • At least 3 years of experience in a quantitative and data-intensive role • Experience with healthcare IT systems, including EHR data structures, HL7 messaging standards, and healthcare interoperability frameworks • Experience working with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and clinical functions • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong familiarity with project management tools and best practices • Willingness to travel up to 25-50% • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position • Bonus qualifications: enterprise software experience; process improvement experience and Lean or Six Sigma training; graduate degree such as MS, MHA, or MBA
