📋 Description

• Manage implementation of GHX products throughout the client relationship, from project initiation through product go-live and post-go-live support • Oversee day-to-day implementation and operations aspects of client relationships • Achieve service levels, client satisfaction, product utilization, key milestones, and revenue targets • Present product functionality and create project and implementation documentation • Conduct customer training and lead instructor-led training sessions on GHX products and applications • Collaborate on test plans for system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and pre-go-live testing • Review data sets for completeness and provide feedback to customers and internal development teams • Maintain and communicate project status, identify risks, and mitigate delays • Coordinate with scrum teams and internal departments to meet customer objectives • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize delivery and customer satisfaction • Organize and maintain implementation documentation and project plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an implementation or project management role in a healthcare IT or supply chain organization • Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain, EDI, project delivery, and system-to-system integration • Strong understanding of data structures, system integration, materials management, supply chain, and accounting • Strong knowledge of healthcare procure-to-pay and supply chain operations • Ability to interpret business needs and implement products meeting or exceeding customer goals and objectives • Ability to leverage AI-powered supply chain analytics tools, adopt emerging AI technologies, and coach customers on their effective use • Growth mindset and ability to create processes improving delivery and customer experience • Ability to excel in a high-energy, collaborative team environment • Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel up to 15% annually • Preferred: strong understanding of item master management • Preferred: knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodology • Preferred: experience on cross-functional projects with internal and external participants • Preferred: knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems such as Infor, Oracle, and Workday • Preferred: knowledge/understanding of on-premises ERP systems such as Lawson, Meditech, and Peoplesoft
