📋 Description

• Advise and guide enterprise customers throughout onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal • Own customer relationships after sales and ensure successful deployment of Samsara’s IoT solutions • Help enterprise customers deploy and adopt IoT solutions for fleets and industrial assets • Build customer relationships and explain Samsara’s system to executives and day-to-day users • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product • Ensure customers improve operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability using Samsara’s IoT platform • Manage technology deployments for large-scale customers and accelerate time to value • Create launch plans and product-usage roadmaps • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health • Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology across numerous use cases • Work through customer obstacles and issues • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural values as the company scales globally

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence • Experience supporting or working with technical products • Strong problem-solving and project-management skills • Excellent consultative skills and experience with end-to-end system implementations • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering senior management, and software users • Initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Experience serving a large and complex B2B SaaS customer base is advantageous
